ā€˛Hello Stranger!? is an installation forming an intelligent room. A matrix setup of 30 pillars is able to get into contact with the people in the room.
Therefor the pillars need to have the ability to show even the slightest colour change with very smooth fading. This was part of the reason light-designer Rolf Derrer has chosen the LED strips and controllers of Schnick-Schnack-Systems.
We delivered 270 meters, controlled by 360 DMX-controllers, our LED-Intelligenzen. Here part of our job was also to design and build the complete setup construction for each pillar.
