For the booth of the vehicle manufacturer Lexus at the GENEVA Automobile Fair 2005 creativity, brains and faultless project management were indeed much sought after. Together with our marketing partner Majert, we realised the back lighting for this demanding project. A six-metre wall made with light formed the background for autos in the Extra class. About 300 plastic tubes were made use of here. Each of them could be individually controlled so as to create a step-less, flowing sequence of colours over the entire area of the wall. To illuminate the plastic tubes, in total more than two kilometres of our LED strips were employed.
The illuminated floor was equipped with LED-Kachel B. Or one could state it better thus: with 7,500 of the LED tiles which we built into aluminium housings. They enabled not only a floor construction in total no more than 15 cms. in depth, and which moreover bathed the cars and the visitors with an extremely homogenous and warm light.
